We are very happy that after many years of learning and training in the tourism field, we can offer you our new project; exclusive apartment LUMA. Luma is a newly built luxury apartment close to the sea, the beach, and the old city center in one of the most beautiful locations in Zadar. It is decorated with the thought of making you feel comfortable and welcome. We are located right on the sea, a 4-minute walk from Marex Beach and a 5-minute walk from Zadar's famous Uskok Beach. The town is about 8 minutes easy walk along the sea. In our immediate surroundings, there are many renowned restaurants, shops, cafes, a market, and a park. The apartment is equipped with all the highest quality appliances and furniture. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, and a terrace with a hot tub. Each room can accommodate two people. There is a parking garage for two cars within the building. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners, and ceiling fans are installed in the living room and the largest room. The apartment has Wi-Fi, Netflix, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Apartment Luma is carefully designed to provide a pleasant atmosphere ideal for vacation! We tried to be guided by a minimalist style, to emphasize functionality and awaken a good feeling in you!

Apartment Luma is located in one of the most attractive neighborhoods in Zadar; Brodarica-Borik. In our vicinity, there are renowned restaurants, shops, and cafes, but what makes this location exceptional is the proximity of several beaches, the proximity of the city center and the proximity of a beautiful park. The beaches are suitable for both children and adults. They are equipped with showers, and many have children's playgrounds. The beaches are very well-maintained and clean. There are restaurants and cafes nearby. A few minutes easy walk from us is a beautiful park, ACI Marina, pharmacy, shops... Our neighborhood is quiet and pleasant to stay in.
