External Living | Private Pool with Hydromassage & Outdoor Kitchen/Dining

Shaped by sun and stone, this villa is a refined sanctuary in tune with Zakynthos’ natural rhythm. Soft, sand-toned walls and organic textures mirror the landscape, creating a sense of calm and connection throughout. Set across 500m² of thoughtfully designed outdoor living, it features a 60m² private pool (1.50m depth) with in-water 6-seater hydromassage (non-heated), bespoke swim-up loungers, a Bali bed, and premium sun beds—designed for moments of true relaxation. The alfresco dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen (sink, mini fridge, microwave, hobs) and BBQ gas, invites long, leisurely meals from midday to moonlight. A spacious first-floor terrace offers a serene setting for stargazing, while private parking for two ensures ease and comfort from the moment you arrive. Two bicycles are also available to inspire adventure and togetherness as well as an EV-charger for electric vehicles.



Internal Living | Beds&Baths

Gracefully unfolding over two levels and 180m² of curated interiors, the villa blends minimalist elegance with warm, grounded design. Every space has been considered—calm, cohesive, and connected to the rhythm of island life. Three serene bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, offer privacy and restorative sleep. A sleek guest WC sits conveniently near the main living space on the ground floor, ensuring comfort and ease. At the heart of the villa, an open-plan living and dining area flows effortlessly into a fully equipped kitchen—creating a space made for gathering, unwinding, and slow mornings. Sunlight pours in from the terrace doors, drawing you out toward the pool. Designed to host up to seven guests—with six in sumptuously appointed beds and one on the generous living room sofa—this is a home where comfort meets quiet seclusion, made for moments of togetherness and tranquility.


Ground Floor : Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining area, Living Room (featuring a 50’’ Smart TV & Marshall Bluetooth), with direct access to the pool terrace • Master Double Bedroom with Kings Size Bed (1,80x2,00) with En suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool • One more Guest can sleep at the Living room Couch • A Shared WC is available next to the living room & also a Laundry Room next to the Kitchen.

First Floor : 2 - Twin Bedrooms with two Singe Beds each (0,90x2,00) with En suite bathrooms with shower and access to the balcony (Both Beds can be made into King Size Double Beds upon Request) • Spacious Balcony is featured at the 1st Floor with a staircase leading to the pool.
