'The hotel certainly has some shortcomings but you shouldn’t forget you are in Greece and that’s part of the charm. Staff is great, facilities are good (except in the gym where a lot of the equipment is not working and needs to be exchanged) pool and beach area are very nice. Overall we had a great stay.'

'This is a big resort so there is little to no personalization. For instance, ALL the rooms are ready at the same time (no allowance for early check in). They have all the luggage in a room that is not secured but you do have access to your things easily. There are many steps everywhere to go anywhere. The pool is a nice temperature and the downstairs restaurant was very nice (atmosphere and taste) but the main restaurant was meh. I had heart issues one night and the staff at the hotel called...
