Elena the manager was very welcoming and always on hand to offer any help or assistance. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. The bathroom was a wetroom and so once the shower had been used the whole of the bathroom was covered in water. The balcony was not large enough for 2 people to use at a time as there was only enough space for chairs to placed sideways and would require moving the furniture around for a 2nd person to use the balcony. The pool area was the most disappointing area of the hotel. There is a road that runs alongside the length of the pool and so there is no privacy. The pool itself is very small and much of the area around it is permanently in the shade. There are a small amount of sun loungers all crammed at the end of the pool but not enough for all guests.
