Villa Verde Zante in Kallithea

Situated in the peaceful area of Kallithea, Zakynthos, Villa Verde is a
modern and private retreat offering comfort, space, and a relaxing

surrounded by a spacious private garden, the villa is an ideal choice
for families and groups of friends looking to enjoy the beauty of
Zakynthos in complete privacy.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests and is thoughtfully
arranged over two levels. The ground floor features a welcoming living
and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, while the
first floor comprises three comfortable bedrooms and a second bathroom.
Two bedrooms feature double beds, while the third offers two single
beds that can be converted into a double bed upon request. An
additional guest can be accommodated on the sofa.

Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious private garden and a beautiful 9m
x 5m swimming pool, offering the perfect setting for relaxing under the
Zakynthos sun. The outdoor area also features sun loungers, umbrellas,
a BBQ area, an outdoor shower, and a dining area for up to 8 guests,
making it ideal for leisurely lunches and memorable evenings with
family and friends. Private on-site parking is available for up to four
cars.

The villa features a heated swimming pool for added comfort. Please
note that pool heating must be requested at least 2–3 days prior to
arrival to ensure the water reaches the desired temperature.

Villa Verde is fully equipped with modern amenities to ensure a
comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout the
property, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer,
coffee-making facilities, and TVs. The private swimming pool is heated,
with pool heating included, allowing guests to enjoy an even more
comfortable and relaxing experience.

Located in Kallithea, the villa provides a peaceful base from which to
explore Zakynthos. Alykanas Beach is approximately 3.2 km away, while
restaurants and a supermarket can be found within a short drive.
Zakynthos Town is approximately 13 km away, and Zakynthos Airport is
around 16 km from the property. A health centre and pharmacy are
conveniently located approximately 400 metres away.
