Welcome to Viola, the dream-like villa in Zakynthos that will be your refuge for this summer. Located atop a green hill overlooking the sapphire Ionian Sea in the northeastern part of the island, this spacious seafront villa in Zante, Greece, enjoys a privileged location. The sea is accessed via a little stone path from the villa. The property is surrounded by lush gardens of indigenous plants and fruit-bearing trees, which offer tranquil and quiet holidays. Pick a date and get ready for an unforgettably serene stay on the island of Zakynthos, which has inspired many artists, poets and writers with its beauty.

Your summer villa is part of a beautifully designed and well-maintained estate of 6 Zante properties and comes with complimentary equipment for your exploring adventures on the island, like canoes, kayaks, snorkeling equipment for underwater exploration, fishing tackle and mountain bikes. The island’s capital is 45-minute drive from the villa, and you have to pay a visit. Don’t miss the chance to visit Navagio, better known as “Shipwreck Beach”, where once a smuggler ship washed ashore within the rocky walls of the magnificent bay.

Payment policy
30% deposit of total amount is required to finalize reservation via bank transfer within 48 hours.

The deposit is not refundable
Remaining amount is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is not available for this rate.

Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival date: Charge of the deposit (30%).

Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival date: Charge of full stay (100%)

No show or early departure = charge of full amount

Our reservations department will final confirm your reservation within 24 hours.

Security Deposit: is collected via one sole bank transfer at least 2 weeks before the arrival day, or if supported, via credit card before or upon check-in and it is refunded to the same credit card or bank account within 5 working days after the check-out.

Upon check-in the client should present the credit card which was used for the booking confirmation along with the passport or ID of the card holder.

According to the law 5073/2023, the total amount of the booking doesn’t include the Climate Resilience Tax which is paid directly to the villa.
Climate Resilience Tax details:
Effective Date: The tax applies to all bookings with check-in date from January 1, 2025.
From November to March (low season): amounts from 2 euros up to 4 euros per villa per night.
From April to October (high season): amounts from 8 euros up to 15 euros per villa per night.
