I recommend that you review our listing carefully to ensure the property meets your needs for a long-term stay. Below are some important points for you:
The house is located within a private estate covering approximately 3.5 blocks, surrounded by nature. We have spring water (from a well) and water from the water project, which is delivered every other day. To ensure a reliable water supply, we have two water tanks, each with a capacity of 1,100 liters.
The area for the exclusive use of guests includes the house and its immediate surroundings (approximately 140 m²). The rest of the property is for shared use, so you may occasionally encounter the caretakers, the owners, or pets on the property.
It is important to note that we are an eco-friendly space, so cutting down trees and hunting wildlife are not allowed.
If you plan to bring pets, they must be kept under supervision at all times, as at certain times the property’s dogs are allowed to roam freely within specific areas. There is also a house on the property that guests are not allowed to enter.
Additionally, we want to be transparent that we currently do not have a washer, dryer, or hot water in the showers. However, the house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable long-term stay.
Finally, Uber and PedidosYa are available in the area, making it easy to get around and order food.
