Appartement O'Hara - Luxe penthouse met prachtig uitzicht in het centrum van Zell Am See

  • Duplex penthouse (bovenste 2 verdiepingen van het gebouw), appartement van 100 m² en balkon van 30 m² met adembenemend uitzicht op de bergen en het meer. Parkeerplaats voor een auto in de kelder. Ingericht naar een zeer hoge standaard.

    VEILIGHEIDSBETALING, REINIGINGSBELASTING EN BEZOEKERSBELASTING (KURTAX): - Een borg van € 500 moet bij aankomst contant worden betaald aan mijn beheerder, die voor het huis en de gasten zorgt. Toeristenbelasting (Kurtax) van € 1. 05 per hoofd per nacht (voor personen ouder dan 15 jaar) moet aan de Oostenrijkse autoriteiten worden betaald, samen met een eindschoonmaak van € 150 (inclusief beddengoed, handdoeken en zeep). Toeristenbelasting en de schoonmaakkosten worden in mindering gebracht op de borg met het saldo dat u contant wordt betaald bij vertrek.


    Gast opmerkingen: Hartelijk dank. We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad. Het appartement was in elk opzicht uitstekend. We zouden niet aarzelen om het aan te bevelen aan iedereen die geïnteresseerd is in het bezoeken van die nek van het bos. Onze hele reis en vakantie was perfect.

    Toen ik het uitzicht op zowel het bevroren meer als de met sneeuw gevulde bergen zag met de gondels die op en neer bewogen, was ik betoverd. Het appartement was prachtig .. waarschijnlijk de beste vakantie die ik tot nu toe heb gehad. De ski-omstandigheden waren perfect en de locatie van het appartement was een bonus omdat we voor niets ver hoefden te reizen.

    We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad. Het appartement ligt op een zeer goede locatie. Boven is zeer smaakvol afgewerkt en het was een plezier om er dag en avond in door te brengen. Nogmaals bedankt.

    Accepteer alstublieft de waardering van mijn familie en de mijne. We hebben genoten van het verblijf in je goede appartement. Ik zal iemand die ik ken over uw appartement vertellen. Nogmaals bedankt en vriendelijke groeten.

Great Apartment, Great Location

The central location is perfect. 2 minute walk to the restraunts and shops in the central area and 3 minute walk to the City Express lift. The apartment is well stocked and was very comfortable for our family of 5. Micheal was very easy to work with and provided lots of good information about Zell.

Wonderful holiday in lovely apartment

We had a wonderful holiday in a lovely apartment with a nice view of both the lake and the ski lifts. A very friendly property manager, Klaus, was very helpful throughout our holiday

Perfect location

If you’re going in the summer to Zell am See and want to be in the centre of town then this is the perfect property. It housed 2 families very easily without us tripping over each other. It has great views of the mountains and also of the lake. The apartment has everything you would need for a week away. Although we probably should have asked earlier where the oven shelves were kept! The parking was a huge asset considering how central the property is. Would definitely come back here if we come back to Zell.

Comfortable and central appartement

We really enjoyed our stay in Michael O'Hara's appartement during our winterholidays. We were 8 persons - 4 adults and 4 children. We had plenty of space, good bedrooms and a very good sitting- and diningroom upstairs. We had all we might need. Everything worked perfectly and everything in the city was only a few steps away. We were in walking distance from the lift, very nice. We are coming back again next year - it's very recommendable.

Perfect

We're stayed one week with 8 people (6 adults and 2 childeren) in the appartment. Never had the feeling it was to full, more than enough space for 8 people. The beds are ok, the showers are nice. Only cooking was a little bit a problem because it's induction :) and normaly we didn't use that, but after a few days we're learn how to cook. We're really enjoy are stay. If we going with a lot of people again we going back and we're really recommend this appartment

Lovely! Summer 2012

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Zell am See. The unit is well maintained & decorated. We enjoyed all the amenities that were available. Klaus, the property manager was very easy to work with & professional. He was also very responsive to our needs. Wed definitely recommend this place if you are vacationing in the area especially if you are traveling with a group of people. Regards

The Perfect Stay

There was eight of us travelled over to Zell Am See for a weeks holiday in January 2011. We have been to Zell Am See before but never had stayed in Haus O'Hara... Everything was top class, from the central location to the breathtaking views over the lake and mountain from the main living area! The apartment itself is well equipped with everything you could ask for... A home away from home with no cost spared! It slept the eight of us very comfortably and the ski locker in the basement was very useful so we weren't dragging skis / snowboards / boots etc. any further than ground floor! Another plus side was that the communication was top notch.. Even when we were over there, Michael's property manager looked after everything for us if we had any problems! We will be going back to Zell next year and without a doubt we will be staying in this apartment! Thanks for all your help Michael!

Super nice appartement in Zell am See

Just returned from a lovely week in Zell am See. The apartment was the best I have ever hired. New, clean and tastefully furnished and equipped. It contained everything we needed. The view from the apartment is really something special: both the mountains and lake. beautiful. You can walk to the ski lifts, shops, restaurants, lake and train station within 5-10 minutes. Only one thing, we would have liked because we lived in the skiing season: A place to dry our wet clothes.

Luxary family aprtment Zell em See, Austria

For a first time experince of a winter holiday excellent! Apt had everything and more. Certainly will be returning to both Zell and Mr O'Hara's apartment. Highly recommended. Bonus of an on hand Representative who proved to be reliable and knowledgable. Suggestion: we got confused with key collection point.

Don't waste time trying anywhere else.

Your second home is wonderful. Everything we expected (and hoped for). We loved the place. It is very comfortable, spacious and clean. A real home from home. The views are great . Everything is within easy walking distance, and, having a car parking space at the property, getting anywhere was simple. We wished we had stayed for two weeks. Will we come back to Zell? Without a doubt. Where will we stay? There's only one place, and that's Haus O'Hara. Michael, thanks for all your help, we had a great time.

Fantastic apartment in the middle of Zell Am See

The apartment is extremely comfortable and situated in a great location, very close to all amenities and a 5 minute walk to the gondola. The apartment also has a great balcony with fantastic views of the lake. We also found it easy to stay in and cook in the apartment because there was great cooking facilities and it was very comfortable to sit down and eat. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of accommodation in Zell Am See. This was our first time in Zell Am See and we really enjoyed it as it was very friendly and had good Apres Ski. There was also a great choice of restaurants.

fabulous apartment

Our party, including children, had a wonderful stay here in February 2009. The apartment is fitted with excellent furnishings and facilities and is very close to ski lifts, train station and town centre. The view is simply breathtaking as well. Highly recommended for summer or winter stay. An added advantage is that you can ski back for lunch and fully relax - making the most of your ski day. Lift access to apartment is very convenient and has undercover parking.

The apartment was excellent in everyway.We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone interested in visiting that neck of the woods.Our whole trip and holiday was perfect.
