Our favourite hotel
The most wonderful part of our trip to Austria. Service was exceptional, breakfast and dinner was amazing and catered very well for vegetarians. The pool and spa were the best place to relax in the sunshine. Everything was perfect.

This hotel is an absolute gem. It has the ability to feel like an old world resort, but modern at the same time. The attention to detail is the definition of understated luxury. Everything from the bath towels and water pressure, to the finishings show that this is a property that cares. Fantastic staff (Christian D. in the restaurant was a phenomenal waiter) and food. The breakfast and dinner services were outstanding. Also outstanding was the spa. Nothing beats heading to the heated outdoor pool, indoor whirlpool and sauna after a day of skiing. Amazing experience and I can't recommend them enough.

Smiling and welcoming staff. Super spa, delicious food ,fire-place: it’s like a dream . Worth 6 stars ! The yoga Teacher (Lukas ) is a top level one and an excellent masseur !

This is a lovely hotel close to the centre of Zell am Zee. We got a warm welcome at check in. Our room 231) was huge with a great view of the mountains. The hotel has good leisure facilities. Some downsides - breakfast was poorly organised (there was confusion on both days we stayed about our designated table and on the second day they placed us next to the dirty dishes) - the staff at breakfast were rude (when we explained we didn’t want tea or coffee the waitress laughed at us) - our room was too hot and we had to sleep with the window open (in February!) - the signage in the spa area is confusing (perhaps some in English would help) Overall though a good hotel.

Luxury stay
It is actually a 5 star superior hotel that not too many people know. The hotel is fantastic, the garden is breath taking. Sitting and having breakfast/dinner in the garden is so amazingly peacful. The wellness part is also lovely. Only 1 minute away from Lake Zell. Its a must to go. If you can afford it, than dont even look at any other hotel in this area as there is non to even compare as we took a look to the others when we were there.

Jag var där med min son och min far. Vi hade en höjdarvecka. Min son som är 8 år tyckte att middagarna var lite långa. Annars var allt toppen!

Fantastisk femstjerners opplevelse.
Fantastisk hotell lokalisert midt i Zell Am See. Her får man et Tyroll hotell av første klasse. Fantastisk spa område både inne og ute. Flott restaurant og bar område med nydelig mat. Flotte store rom med balkong. Service av ypperste klasse med vennlig og hjelpsome personell. Vi kommer tilbake.

Fantastisk hotel
Det flotteste hotel, vi har boet på. Vi havde en suite med balkon og udsigt til bjergene. Morgenmaden havde alt, f.eks. friskpresset appelsinjuice. Hotellets restaurant fremtryllede den skønneste veltilberedte mad, helt i top. Personalet altid meget imødekommende og venlige. Dejlig bar med en fin bartender. Et hotel, som vi gerne vender tilbage til.

Dette er et av de flotteste hotellene jeg har bodd på. Vi hadde en juniorsuite,som var stor og luftig og flott innredet. Frokosten på hotellet hadde alt som tenkes kan, fra ferskpresset juice,til omeletter, ferskt brød og massevis av frukt,bær og kaker.personalet var veldig oppmerksomme og imøtekommende og vi følte oss veldig godt tatt hånd om. Spaet er et drømmested for den som vil slappe av og bli bortskjemt og tilbød det meste som finnes av behandlinger.dette er ett stille og rolig hotel for den som vil bo flott og spise godt. Hotellet hadde gratis skibuss til skianlegget Scmitten.

Good choice!
It's really a good choice. The bar is great and the barman is very kind. The room had a good space, with sofa, chair, table, very nice. The bathroom had a good size too, only the shower was too small. The restaurant has good meal and the service is perfect! The breakfast has a lot of options. The SPA looks nice, I didn't have time to try it. The pool is perfect to relax.

Wonderful staff. A lovely little oasis.
We stayed here in 'shoulder season' in October, for our 20th anniversary. Front desk staff went out of their way to give us local information, direct our travels, etc Very personal service. Lovely, relaxing bar. Spa was wonderful, outdoor pool was great. Would return in a heartbeat.

Understated elegance
This was by far the loveliest hotel I have ever stayed at. Nothing was overlooked in making our stay enjoyable. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly , the grounds were immaculate and beautiful and the pools and spas were second to none. Pictures of the pools and gardens can not do it justice. The couple that own the hotel are on site and attend to every detail. Awesome in every way

The Best Spa Hotel
This was a long weekend break. Our second visit (the first being 2 years ago). Both times mid September. We had a 50sq. m suite which was excellent. The hotel facilities are superb and everything well maintained and spotless. The food is very much 5* I absolutely recommend eating in the restaurant. Everything from buffet breakfast to the gourmet evening meal is of the highest standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic Spa Hotel
We stayed for 5 nights in a suite. It was very well appointed. The hotel facilities were excellent. and the staff were excellent. Always polite and had time for any help or query we had. The hotel was situated near the lake and it was a great location. The food was simply amazing.
