We have a laundry service, like all the other hotels, and it's not free either. Thanks for the good review. As there are always many people in Zermatt we always recommend to make reservations in advance if possible. Our reception welcomes our guests from 7am until 8pm personally, afterwards our guests are welcome to use the self-check-in instructions. We're sorry that you were not sure about the cleanliness of your room, but we can promise that our housekeeping is doing a great job everyday. It's correct that we decided to have grey bed linen instead of white ones. We're happy to hear that you were satisfied with our staff. Best regards from Zermatt and all the best.
