Dünenresidenz 13 - Apartment on the upper floor in a central location for four people

The Dünenresidenz vacation home is located in the second row from the promenade. The pier, the beautiful Zinnowitz promenade with its boutiques, cafés, and restaurants, and the beach are just 80 meters away. This house is the ideal starting point for a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation in Zinnowitz.

Vacation Apartment 13 is located on the first floor of the house. You’ll be welcomed by a large living room with a cozy sofa and a flat-screen TV. The built-in kitchenette is equipped with a stove with oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Adjacent to it is a large dining table where you can enjoy meals together. From the living room, you can access the south-facing balcony with a view of beautiful, mature trees. In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (sleeping area 2.00 m x 2.00 m) invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. You can store your luggage in the large closet. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment here as well. The small bedroom is furnished with a pull-out sofa (sleeping area 1.40 m x 2.00 m). The apartment features a shower room with natural light.
The couch in the living room can also be pulled out if you’d like to sleep separately.

The apartment includes an underground parking space (clearance height: 1.93 meters), and you can store your bicycles safely in the basement. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
