The Alte Strandstraße vacation home features two beautiful apartments and is situated in a great location about 1,000 meters from the beach. We welcome you to our Alte Strandstraße vacation farm in Zinnowitz on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom. Our family-friendly vacation farm features two separate vacation apartments. A large garden invites you to relax, soak up the sun, or play with the kids. A swing set and a soccer goal are available for your use. Seating areas and a grill are, of course, provided in the garden. A trampoline for children and a handcart are also available. A parking space is available free of charge. You can safely store your bicycles here.
Welcome to our beautiful “Land-Ambiente Zinnowitz 3” vacation rental. This cozy, well-furnished apartment is approximately 50 square meters in size and spans two floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with a seating area and a corner bench, a modern flat-screen TV, and a pull-out bunk bed for your children. On the upper floor, there is a double bed, another bunk bed, and the bathroom with a shower and toilet.
You’re welcome to book bed linens and towels as part of your reservation. Both of our vacation apartments are located about 1 km from the main beach in Zinnowitz. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the vacation rental. Our property is located directly at the railroad crossing with a barrier for the Usedomer Bäderbahn. It’s very conveniently located for those arriving by train; the station is just 2 minutes away. The Achterwasser—a lagoon formed by the Peene River as it flows into the Baltic Sea—is 1.5 km away. Here you’ll find plenty of recreational activities to enjoy in addition to sunbathing. Zinnowitz itself is a very beautiful town, featuring a spacious promenade, the pier at the main beach, and the architecture typical of seaside resorts.
