'Overall, I stayed for two nights while visiting Harpers Ferry. I want to be honest about my experience. When I first entered the room, the floor felt sticky and did not appear to have been swept thoroughly. I also found a dead cockroach under the sink and a few bugs in the bathtub. On the positive side, the bed appeared clean and comfortable, and the room itself, along with the microwave and refrigerator, was clean and in working order. 'Lovely Luxury with a spacious sunset suite. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Wish there were one or more sofa tables. staff were delightful, will definitely come again. Please add a cafe for guests not wanting a large expensive dinner. Breakfast Food was very good. Kitchen well equipped for beverage and snack storage, and very clean.'

'Excellent location with lots of easy free parking. Chef made us a delicious, large portion, plated breakfast each morning. She was extremely helpful answering questions about the property, surrounding sites and places to dine for dinner. Bonus- "The Barn" is located right next to the Inn and had live entertainment both nights we stayed. I highly recommend this Inn if looking to stay in Harper's Ferry!!'

TV SERVICE WAS BEYOND HORRIBLE ... 1st night there staff couldn't get the TV to work. Who needs 2 thousand channels that don't work. I was told there was a fix in the works. I wanted to check in early and the staff was accommodating but it came at a price. The room was noisy. Sounded like boiling or gargling water in the walls, plus, there was construction work going...
