'We had a nice clean large room overlooking the sea, exactly what we wished for. The hotel is well-located, close to several restaurants, the bus station and ideal to go to Positano or Amalfi. The owners were very helpful. The breakfast was adequate but could be extended with some fruits and yoghurt.'

'It was a bit of a gamble when we selected this hotel, also because there were no recomendations of the hotel. that is why i write the first one. Its an amazing place. it lies directly on the seecoast which gives amazing views! it has several terraces some covered with lemon trees growing under which you can walk through. very nice! we had the junior suite which is the room furthest from the road and other rooms. a lot of stairs but closer to the sea you can't come. only minus was that the bed...

'We had the best time here! It's beautifully located in a quiet area between Positano and Amalfi. The rooms were great with beautiful seaside views. 'Great location. Amazing room and view of the sea and the town. The staff is incredibly helpful and polite. They booked our excursions when we asked them. Clean place. The only challenge was the steps to get to the hotel. But they offered concierge service to carry the luggage’s up the steps. This was very helpful. Loved the place. We will go back again and again'

'Ferries come in and can cause some fumes...sisnt notice at all at the pool, but on our terrace ir was noticeable and coyld be a little hectic below with travelers. But overall we liked being able to see the action and not far from landing for our boat excursions.'

'HVF is simply amazing. A beautiful hotel with the friendliest staff you can find in Italy. They made our stay even better. We had a beautiful room with unparalleled views over Positano. Staff recommended places and restaurants other than their own Michelin star. They secured reservations all across Amalfi for us, and made sure we were in safe hands. Everyone is fantastic! A huge shootout to Pedro and Lucia at the Gold Rooftop, Gigi, and the valet guys! Simply the best. Now we have to come back...

'Dit hotel is super mooi, schoon en het uitzicht is in een woord geweldig. Het personeel was altijd erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Enige minpunt is het ontbijt, voor mijn smaak wat karig maar als je van een echt italiaans ontbijt houd (ZOET!,taartjes etc.) dan ben je hier helemaal op je plek. De locatie is prima, met bushalte voor de deur en eigen parkeerterrein. Het dorpje Praiano is minder toeristisch en een kleine Marina met strand & (uitstekende) restaurantjes is maar op 10 minuten...
