'Very friendly staff, great breakfast en spacious and clean room. Location of the hotel is perfect, in a quiet street just few minutes from malls and restaurants. '

'We stayed 4 nights. The floor in the entrance hall is old and looks tired. When we checked out we were surprised by the amount to be paid extra. We were charged an outrageous amount for 8 small bottels of Evian water. The water was placed everyday on the side of the wash basin and not in the minibar so we assumed these bottels to be complimentary. It is very dangerous in Bogota to take a cab randomly in the streets so we asked the hotel to call us a cab every time we went out. Turned out we paid...

'Checkout taking way too long. Other than that, the facilities are fine'

'The included breakfast breakfast was amazing. Great coffee bar and great lounge area to read a book and watch people.'

'Small, nice hotel in a residential neighborhood of Bogota. There is no shampoo and conditioner at the bathroom, which I think is a minus, and the pillows could be much better. Otherwise, is clean and well located and its staff is quite attentive and serviceable. What makes it most remarkable is a wonderful, cozy restaurant downstairs, that offers a fixed menu for breakfast (quite good by the way) and, particularly for those in search of a place for dinner, that has a fantastic menu, wine list...

'Very clean and spacious apartment. Great location and very friendly stuff. Will definitely stay here when I’m back in Bogota next time. '

'Alles Toppp'

'Clean room, helpful staff, comfortable room and well located. Somewhat old but not bad at all.'

'The staff was attentive and pleasant. The rooms were cleaned nicely and the food was quite good. The only slight negative was it was on a main street so the traffic noise at night could be a little bit too much.'
