Booking et Security Deposit
Reservations can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
Security Deposit (except for Airbnb reservations)
A €2,000 security deposit is required before arrival through the secure Swikly platform.
The amount is not charged to your account.
Swikly replaces the traditional security deposit with a simple credit card pre-authorization, allowing you to provide your deposit without any funds being debited.

Tourist Tax
The local tourist tax will be added to the reservation amount according to the rates set by the municipality.

Housekeeping
Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price.
We kindly ask guests to leave the property in a reasonable condition:

Plancha/BBQ cleaned
