INTERIOR
The entrance is on the garden level where there is a fully equipped open kitchen with a living / dining room opening onto a covered terrace with a dining area and outdoor lounge.
A double bedroom with 160* 200 bed with shower room and closet is also on the same level, as well as a guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine.
Upstairs, two large master bedrooms.
The master bedroom with 160 * 200 bed on the right, has a large open bathroom and a closet.
The master bedroom with 180 * 200 bed on the left has a shower room, a closet as well as a television and a large terrace overlooking the sea.
Finally, outside, a fourth independent bedroom with two beds in 90 * 200 with private access shower room, closet and small wooden terrace.

OUTDOOR
Beautiful landscaped exteriors with wooden terrace, swimming pool, a relaxation and dining area with barbecue.
At the bottom of the garden, an access path will take you to the beach of the Americans. (the Ovu Santu)

For information, outdoor security cameras may be present on the property. They are strictly deactivated for the entire duration of the stays and do not in any way affect the privacy of the tenants and their tranquility.

The residence welcomes you in its green setting in the middle of the maquis and cork oaks, facing a protected Natura 2000 area and a few meters from the beach by a path that crosses the maquis. The residence built in 2022 offers a contemporary architectural bias and rigorously blended into the natural setting. The villas and apartments are composed of organic materials such as predominant wood, raw concrete and stone.
