'I had a great stay! The airport shuttle driver was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The staff were welcoming, and the overall service was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.'

'This hotel was in a good location for work. It was also near an outside mall with a lot of food options. It is also convenient to the highway. All of the staff were very helpful and nice. The only negative is that parking sucks. There are limited spaces on the property and you have to park in the mall parking lot.'

'We had a wonderful stay in the Carriage Suite at the Knickerbocker Mansion and Estates. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with the perfect mix of historic charm and modern comforts. The property itself is peaceful, quiet, and a great place to unwind after a day of exploring Big Bear.

'Everything was great, rooms was very clean upon arrival and parking area was convenient, only thing that was a bummer was the pool was under renovation but were given the option to go across the street to use the pool, but other than that everything was excellent'
