'We have stayed here a few times for a couple of nights, in different (located) rooms. It is a very pleasant hotel with nice and pretty rooms. With clear weather from the lakeside rooms great views of the volcanoes (e.g. Osorno). Very kind and helpful staff, especially the ladies at the reception desk. 'Het personeel is zeer servicegericht. Het hotel is wat gedateerd maar het is een degelijk hotel en alles functioneert. Het is heel netjes en schoon en het bed was heerlijk maar heel fris lakens. We hadden een kamer met fantastisch uitzicht op de baai. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Het restaurant is ook goed voor het diner, was lekker en met prachtig uitzicht. '
