'It was excellent! Location was great, right in the heart of Reykjavik. Beautiful building with a rich history. Great rooms, daily fresh towels, even the dishes were done when we got back every day. In short, very much recommended. Will visit again for sure (to catch those northern lights!).'

'The room is well furnished with sufficient space and facilities. The view is amazing towards the Black Beach, exactly same as the photo. The lighting system in the room is not sufficient for my family. Even when you turn on all the lights, you get only dimmed light. I know this is more in fashion, but not quite practical. '

'Mooi appartement. Heerlijk bed. Voorzien van koelkast en elektrisch fornuis. Zout, peper,olijfolie, koffie en afwasmiddel was aanwezig. Er is een broodrooster aanwezig en de benodigde pannen om mee te koken. In de badkamer hangt een fles baddouche. In het toilet staat een wasbak met daaronder een föhn. Het personeel is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Mocht ik ooit weer naar IJsland gaan dan zou ik zeker weer naar dit appartement gaan'

'So so glad I decided to pick this hostel for my trip. Despite having booked the cheapest rooms from one of the cheapest hostels, the room was private, clean, quiet, and even had its own bathroom. The location was incredible and the owners were responsive and accommodating. Absolutely the best bang for your buck. '
