'L'immobile, in splendida posizione per godersi la vista del mare dalla terrazza e dal lastrico solare, dispone di tre camere, un bagno e una cucina attrezzata. Indispensabile un'auto, meglio un suv, per affrontare la strada per raggiungere la zona, piuttosto isolata, e recarsi al paese vicino, dove si trovano tutti i servizi. Dalla casa scende un sentiero che porta al mare, ripido e nell'ultimo tratto da fare con cautela. La spiaggia è paradisiaca! Dalla casa in mezz'ora si raggiunge la Valle...

'Wunderschönes Ferienhaus auf dem Berg gelegen mit Blick aufs Meer. Sehr gepflegt und sauber, schöne Gartenanlage, tolle Terrasse direkt am fantastischen Infinitypool, auch dieser sehr sauber und selbstreinigend. Sehr gute und bedachte Grundausstattung (u.a. Webergrill!). Wir waren als Familie zu viert hier mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern, jeder hatte sein Zimmer.Einzig schwierig war die Zufahrt, hier ist Fahrvermögen von Vorteil;-)'

'We stayed in the villa as part of our wedding week, we got married in Piazza Armerina and stayed with friends in the villa for the few days before and after. It was tranquil and such a beautiful place. The staff were extremely helpful & it was perfect for what we needed! We couldn’t recommend the villa complex enough. 'The apartment was much bigger than I expected, very clean, with old world charm and incredible tile floors and thoughtful furnishings, art and books, like someone’s cherished home.Sofia was very communicative in English, and I really enjoyed practicing Italian with Raffaele who spoke slowly and clearly.
