'As a family we loved the pool area! The main reason why we booked the place.
The check in took almost 45 minutes to a hour which seems less than ideal. They only had one person checking people in for this huge resort. As patient as we were being that was a major issue especially upon arrival. The rest of our stay was good and we had a fun time!'

'We had a wonderful stay at Margaritaville! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, with plenty of great options to enjoy throughout our stay. What really made the experience special was the staff—they were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their excellent customer service made us feel right at home.
