J’ai mis une étoile en moins pour le Service car un jour dans notre départ vous allez au petit déjeuner et il n’y avait personne la première chose quand je me lève c’est de prendre mon café mais ce fut le contraire car l’employé est arrivé 10 minutes en retard c’est dommage'

'Wij verbleven in een 5 persoons kamer. Voor 1 nacht prima te doen! De kamer was schoon en de (gedeelde) toiletten en douches op de gang zagen er ook netjes uit. Voor langer verblijf zouden we wat anders uitzoeken, maar voor een overnachting op vakantie naar het zuiden was dit prima te doen! Wel veel trappen lopen, dus voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn is dit niet aan te raden! '

Many added perks to staying here from breakfast which is included with your stay, to the spa and tea time offerings daily. The rooms were sound proof, spacious and cozy. We would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Zermatt area.'
