'We enjoyed our stay. It's a nice quiet neighborhood close to the lake. We used the hot tub, grill, and the outdoor fire pit. Overall the cabin was very clean. Our children really enjoyed the teddy bears. Soon after arriving, we discovered the grill didn't get hot enough because of it being low on propane but they brought us a new tank for the second night. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the icemaker in the fridge which would have been nice to have. We also couldn't figure how to lock the...

'Communication was proactive and showed a genuine concern for our comfort during our stay. There was an error in double booking on the property’s end and they made extra accommodations for us and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The owner is a very kind person and reached out on a few occasions to ensure we had everything we needed. The cabin was beautiful, well maintained, and clean, and had great amenities for cooking.
