'I had a very positive first impression as I checked in, guided by front desk clerks Micah and Skyler, who made me feel welcome right away. The two-queens room, the hot and healthy breakfast, the well-maintained pool and exercise room all met or exceeded my expectations. Great location for a visit to the nearby monasteries or to the amusement park.'

'I asked Belterra to give us a voucher since our daughter's golf tournanment for Saturday, 4/18 was canceled due to weather. I did not expect a refund. And she will play many tournaments here over the next several years. I did not receive a reply. That just isn't good business...you took my money, I didn't stay there and not even a courtesy reply...thumbs down'

'Check in was fast and simple. Breakfast options could be a tad better. Rooms clean and friendly front desk staff. Loved the dog treats at the front of the lobby and filtered water to fill reusable cups . '

'The hotel was clean and the staff nice. There was an odor in the hallways that was very strong and annoying. The hallways were also hot and stuffy as if no AC was turned on.'

'The staff were amazing! They went above and beyond in making my stay special. The staff helped my daughter from Maryland plan my stay for a birthday gift. He even upgraded the room and arranged for me to check in three hours early. When I arrived in my room there was a candy bar on the bed along with a birthday card. On top of that the manager went and bought me balloons for my birthday! This place has just gained my entire family as customers.'
