'Staff is very friendly and also attentive to needs. There are vending machines for drinks and snacks and a couple places to eat nearby as well as a convenience store and grocery store right across the street. The Hotel is basic but very clean and exceeds the expectations one may have of a Red Roof Inn. This place is quiet and in a safe area. 'When a property is advertised as having an indoor pool, I expect it to be useable for swimming. Instead, after the front desk person indicated where to find the pool, I walked there just to discover it was closed for maintenance. Why was it advertised as having a pool? Why didn't the front desk just tell me and apologize for the inconvenience instead of letting me walk there to find out on my own. Not acceptable!'
