'Check in we rough—we arrived to Rochester around 1:45 AM and the gentleman checking us in wanted to get the Door App working instead of just giving us key card. I explained I had downloaded the App but that it gave me no login instructions after about 20 minutes of going back and forth and me just asking him repeatedly for a different option he said he figured out the problem and that the property itself never “invited” me to use the app. What a pain! The property was clean and convenient but...

'Great location right downtown. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Clean and well stocked.Apartment was very noisy. You could hear everything in neighboring units. The bed was also a queen size.'
