'Room is clean, the living and dining area look exactly like pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The parking lot looks safe. The check-in and check-out process were considered smooth. My only complaint is the noise from the renovation from upstairs unit at 7am.'

'The property was generally clean and had all the basics but only one frying pan. The couch was terribly uncomfortable and only seated 2 persons. The location was ideal for our requirements and the underground parking was great. '

'Great property for our short stay with 3 young kids, they had a great time in the backyard & we loved that everything was so close to walk to including Woolies, Cafes, the beach and an amazing play ground. The only issue we had was parking as we had a very large hire car which only just fit in the driveway, there was plenty of street parking for the majority of our stay.'

'The pool was closed for maintenance so we were all very disappointed that we weren’t told this prior to checking in as we would have stayed elsewhere. There was no blinds in one of the bedrooms (only sheers) so it was very bright early in the mornings, fold out couch wasn’t very comfortable, all the furnishings are really cheap and need replacing. The mattress protectors were pilled so you could feel this through the sheet which felt like you were sleeping on crumbs. Kitchen didn’t see that...
