'We were excited to stay at the bed and breakfast. Had an emergency and was hoping to postpone however owner didn't allow so we stayed for one night and lost money on the second night by leaving early. The bed and breakfast doesn't have air conditioning and it was very warm. The small swamp cooler in the window didn't cool the very small room down. The house itself was falling apart with the bedroom sloping very badly as well as the bathroom. They should not call this place a bed and...

'Very nice grounds. Staff was friendly and nice at check in. Room was clean and large. A bit too much religious paraphernalia. Parking lot should be paved. No sidewalks. '

'This little Bed and Breakfast is in a beautiful location near Moab Utah. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway this is a good place.
It's tucked into a valley a few miles from the Colorado River and about 20 miles from downtown Moab. The area has some amazing views!
The host Scott was not on site, but he communicated with us well and made sure we were all set.

'The casa itself was interesting and clean, fun to stay in. Breakfast was enjoyable; presentaton was simple. We would make one suggestion: knowing limited huoman resources and water etc., some extra attention to the grounds would go a long ways to a welcoming and hanging-out atmosphere. Oh, one other thing we noticed that could be improved--depending on water pressure--the shower head in the Luminaria room (where we loved the patio door windowsi) provided very small spray,'

'Working Horse farm that was a great new experience for us. Cozy room decorated in a throwback style making us nostalgic for simpler times but having all the amenities that one needs for modern times also. Kris and Jim were so gracious and accommodating. Made our attendance at a destination family wedding extra special and memorable.'
