'I have stayed here before and simply love this grand historic hotel. I had a great room this time at the end of the hall looking out over the original Hot Springs. It is an easy walk across the street to the Hot Springs or over the bridge right into downtown Glenwood Springs. The staff are always amazing, including the servers and bartenders. 'Voor een Hilton hotel is dit hotel heel slecht en vies. Kouwgum op de vloer uitgesmeerd. Vliegen bij aankomst in de kamer. Het stonk in de kamer. Vies douche gordijn het bad. Onvriendelijk personeel. Veel faciliteiten in het hotel waren dicht. Wij komen hier niet meer terug!! '

'The location is great! Beautiful keystone lake with paddle boards and restaurants. Hiking and biking trails right there. Shuttle to River Run is very convenient. Dog friendly rooms and common areas very nice. Staff exceptional so friendly and helpful. The building and rooms need updating it’s an aged facility that needs some TLC! Although spacious and comfortable needs paint, trim and new furniture badly!'

De grote wandkast is voorzien van een in-room safe. De badkamer is groot en voorzien van bad / douche, een grote wastafel met genoeg ruimte om de toiletartikelen op te zetten.
