'My travel agent had originally booked me a hotel inland, but I couldn’t visit Sri Lanka’s coastline without spending a night by the beach. I found this hotel on Hotels.com, and I’m so glad I did! The location ( right on a quiet, scenic stretch of beach) was peaceful and beautiful. Most of the time, I had the beach almost entirely to myself. 'Let op als je met kinderen reist. We zijn een gezin met 2 kinderen. We hadden de triple room geboekt en in de voorwaarden stond dat er dan nog 1 bed bijgezet kon worden. Eerst wilden ze ons in een kamer zetten waar een steiger voor de gevel stond. DIt hebben we niet geaccepteerd. Toen kregen we een andere kamer maar bij aankomst in die kamer bleek pas dat een extra bed er niet bij kan. De triple room is alleen voor 3 personen en er kan geen bed bij. Wij moesten bijbetalen en zijn uiteindelijk in...
