Everything was good. The pool was a bit small as we expected it to be bigger. Very kind staff and helping out whenever required.

The room was clean & the beds were comfortable! We enjoyed our breakfast and a little afternoon dip in the pool on the 11th floor! The staff was super helpful and provided us with great service!! They make sure that if you have a problem or a question to go out of their ways to help you!

Geweldig authentiek verblijf. Goed personeel en makkelijk te bereiken.

Hele goede service! Het personeel geeft je het gevoel dat je de enige gast van het hotel belt.

The property is just amazing, pools and restaurants, the staff is just amazing, very friendly and helpful, fast service everyware, the themed buffet in the main restaurant is a nice idea, Italian, or Bali or Japnese night, may choices for food. all the waiters and staff, room cleaning are just amazing.i would give 6 starts if possible

Comfortable hotel just outside the centre, but with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby (I reccomend the coffe place on the corner of the main thoroughfare). The hotel is comfortable without being super luxurious, but there are two aspects where it really shines: the pool and the hotel staff. The pool is big enough to swim laps and the staff are among the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I've ever come across.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The host was warm, welcoming, and quick to respond whenever I had questions. The place was clean, cozy, and well-located. Check-in was easy and everything was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Nice hotel, nice suite i had a big room with jacuzzi on the balcony. Very clean and the staff is very helpfull and kind. Also the security is good. Only minus point for me personally is that 2 times a week there is a dragqueen show but you can escape easy so you dont see it .

This hotel is amazing. The type of place where everybody jumps up as soon as you walk by in case you need anything. Holding every door open and assisting with pulling up chairs. They remembered my name and were very helpful in every way. Booking excursions etc.

Rooms are super clean and modern. Great views over the city. Even really soft towels in the room. Rooftop pool is amazing and the breakfast was tasteful. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Heel netjes, goed

Prima

Overheerlijk ontbijt, prachtig schone kamers, super beleefd personeel. Simpelweg perfect.
