"Great location with nice view over Lake Powell. Good swimming pool and nice fire pit for making s’mores. Unfortunately the check in experience was terrible. Maybe we were unlucky but there was a very long line to get your room key while we initially arriving too earlier (with no line) but being requested to come back later. When showing up later, the check in process took over an hour and was very inefficient with the personnel only talking to each other instead of helping their visiting customers. Easy step to improve efficiency by asking guests to pre fill in all needed info instead of having to wait for each guest at the desk to fill it in there. Furthermore when all personnel would have helped out it would have made the check in process much smoother and the experience much better."
