'I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Coffeyville. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. What really stood out was the excellent service — the manager was especially warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. It’s clear that they truly care about their guests and work hard to make everyone feel comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.'

'Mostly outdated, but clean entrance. People sitting by the door to smoke, kind of distracting, front door didn’t always shut. Internet did not work the first day, but did work the second day, but only in the dining room. My glasses fell behind the side table that night, and when I pulled it out, there was a wrapper and napkin from a previous person there. We didn’t go into the pool or hot tub, but both looked very clean and kept up. Breakfast on both days was eggs, yogurt, pancakes, biscuits and...
