'Customer service was excellent. All staff greeted us upon approach and were friendly with a smile. Breakfast was great with exception to the paper thin, heat and serve bacon. That’s the only thing I would change in regard to breakfast, but that’s a personal preference. We like thick sliced, real bacon in Tennessee. Everything was clean. 'We liked the fact that the hotel has a pool, we enjoyed it a lot the first time (October 2024) this was our second time and the pool needed a little cleaning work. '
