'Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is well decorated, and the rooms are comfortable and well taken care of. The common area's (hallways, etc.) could use a bit more attention and better cleaning. We also had the unfortunate situation that a leak occurred in our room during our stay (water dripping from the ceiling into our bed). The staff however moved us into another room directly and offered free breakfast, great way to handle such a situation! Breakfast was very good.'

'Great hot springs. Fun area to walk, good restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyable. I will stay again but probably in the main building next time closer to the springs.'
