'The staff were amazing. Very attentive and friendly. '

'Room was in good shape, clean, lots of towels. Staff was quick and thorough. Building was quiet. Water pressure good. Will be back on anither trip.'

'The outside is nothing like the inside. Although older and run down looking the room was clean and perfect for our stay. The hot springs soak was nice (minus the guy who kept shushing even the people who were whispering) and the gift shop area was full out cute and useful items. They price was fantastic and I see us staying at the Charles more frequently!'

'Very clean room'

'Most importantly, the room was very clean, specifically the bed, the bedding and the bathroom and shower. The room also smelled clean as we walked in. Not musty at all. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. It’s an older property that needs a little bit of TLC, but they are working on it which was good to see. It looks like they’re undergoing a complete renovation. I hope they leave some of the original charm. The bed was very comfortable. We had a good nights sleep. Next time I’m...
