The place was clean, comfortable, stylish, and the view was wonderful. :) Excellent location 5 min away from the Basilica and very close to the zocalo. "We stayed 3 nights… This was a beautiful apartment with lovely outdoor space. The staff was very helpful and responsive on whatsapp; that worked great for us given our limited spanish; they helped arrange a balloon ride and tours. Some of the staff have great english; the others use their phones to translate; everyone was always open and accommodating! "Open to outside. No fans to move air. Too much chlorine in hot tub. Neighbors were loud and had TV turned up loud. Heard dogs barking and cats. They were not considerate of anyone else. The bohemian life style taken to the next level. Check in was great, place was beautiful, clean and very modern. Just could not handle the heat and the loud neighbors. Had to leave early."
