Found my favourite Zurich hotel! Amazing!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Seidenhof. Check in was easy, the room and bathroom were amazing, the bed was comfortable (with an option to select from a menu of pillows!!), and the little touches such as fresh fruit in the room, sparkling water, small notes really took it to the next level. The restaurant (Enja) was fantastic, with great vegetarian options. The bar was also very nice, with a good selection of drinks (also had late night dessert there!). Location was great within easy reach to Parade de Platz. Would recommend!

We stayed in this hotel our first three nights in Zurich. We left for Milan and stayed there one more night. We had two different rooms. The rooms were very hot. We asked the receptionist to adjust our air conditioner. During our first three nights, they somewhat adjusted it but the last night was hot like hell. We had to open windows to get some air but because of the noise outside it was hard to sleep. We were told that because of local regulations, they have to keep air conditioned at 73F. It felt like 80F in the room. The fan was making noise. The staff, breakfast, location and cleanliness were good but because it was so hot in the room, we really could not stand it. I will not return there and I will not recommend anyone to stay there during warm weather.

Lugar e hotel Incrível em Zurich. Fomos bem atendidos, inclusive uma das atendentes falava portuguêse com isso facilitou inúmeras dicas e duvidas nossas, de forma rápida ( não devido a língua). O restaurante do Hotels é ótimo tb, recomendo. Ficaria fácil nela pela 2a vez.

It’s a boutique hotel feeling. Positioned next to the shopping mecca of Zurich and 5 min walk to the old city. It’s also only 5-10 min walk to all the major tram and train stations. The pictures of the rooms on the website don’t give it justice. The rooms scream luxury and excellence. And that’s not even the best part. The staff is fantastic. So accommodating, going out of their way. We travel a lot and don’t think I have ever seen a better service. If you have the option to get the breakfast included, take it. It’s not some usual hotel breakfast. A chef is making omelettes the way you want it, the rest of the breakfast buffet is filled with swiss quality foods.

Nice hotel. Excellent location. Very clean. The breakfast buffet included with the stay was very good and a great value considering the high price of eating out in Zurich. The one gripe I have about our room was the balcony. The pictures made it appear as if we would have a nice view of the city. All we had a good view of was a big air conditioning unit right next to us at about eye level.

All staff were so helpful and kind, from those on the phone pre-check-in, at breakfast, and those at reception. Although parking was offsite it was easy to pull up at the hotel and unload. The location is excellent.

The Japanese style toilet was everything. The hotel gave me access to the local gym across the street which is better that most hotel gym when it comes to equipment. I really enjoyed how centrally located the hotel is. 9/10 across the board for this hotel.
