'The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too.

'Die Anlage ist insgesamt in Ordnung, wirkt jedoch bereits etwas abgewohnt. Sie ist deutlich einfacher und weniger modern, als es die Fotos vermuten lassen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr schlicht eingerichtet. Leider hat die Klimaanlage während unseres Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, und auch die Handtücher wirkten nicht besonders frisch.
Die Vorhänge verdunkeln nur unzureichend, sodass morgens viel Licht ins Zimmer fällt und es sich schnell aufheizt. Zudem gibt es keinen...
'Te weinig personeel bv 2 personen voor afruimen/schoonmaken van ontbijttafels (250 kamers). Vuile kamers, balkons geerodeerd, extra steunen zijn al aangebracht maar ook die zijn breken al af. Voor alles wordt extra geld gevraagd. Hotel is eigenlijk maar 1 of 2 sterren. Rijp voor de sloop'
'Everything is to enjoy at this hotel. Staff is kind, helpful, friendly. Parking could not be easier (in front of the hotel), To beach, just go down some stairs. My husband needed a cough medicine; the pharmacy was a two-minute walking. The hotel restaurant is excellent, and there are a few other restaurants around if you want a change. Additionally, it is a quick drive to old town Nessebar, a place that must be visited. '
