'The place is sell like is a hotel but is not, is a studio, very dirty, nasty and disgusting. I stayed for 12 days every day I was begging the owner to get the clean service and he was always saying tomorrow I’ll make it happen and never did. You can’t get reimbursed, the people in the lobby work for the building but not for the room, as I said is a studio no a hotel room. There is no pool like they said. Big lines to get into the elevator. Please don’t make the mistake of booking in here. My...
'The room was very clean and cleaning team did a great job. Breakfast on site was expensive and could be a better quality. The property indicates that their beach is private which is not true. Lots of stray dogs poop and pee on the beach. Most of them were fixed and given the shots but some were not and were growling. We visited mid September and the pool was very cold. Plenty of parking space. Good AC. Great rooms and view. The buffet staff and front desk staff could be nicer. But other than...
'Fui a recepción y pedí extender mi estancia en el hotel por un día más. Me dijeron que no había ningún problema y que ya lo habían registrado en el sistema. Sin embargo, ese mismo día me llamaron para decirme que no sabían nada de mi solicitud y que tenía que desalojar la habitación. ¡Es simplemente inaceptable!'
'1. No signage or indication of the location of the hotel, just a tall locked gate.
2. Upon arrival the site manager has no idea what Expedia is and is not prepared to host us, even though paid for.

4. Major rodent infestetion in the hut. Constant crawling between the roof and ceieling boards at night, sleeping is impossible.
5. Told site...
'This hotel is located in the heart of Old Batumi, making it an excellent and convenient location. I was able to walk everywhere, and the building has an elevator, which was a big plus.
The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious, with a different selection each day. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.
Overall, a great location, comfortable stay, and wonderful staff!'
