New South Wales: Kindvriendelijke vakanties

Locatie was top. Appartement mocht wat beter onderhouden worden. Er waren een paar dingen kapot, dus die mogen ze wel beter en sneller maken. Voor de rest heel positief. Zou deze accommodatie wel aanbevelen

Very nice appartment, with kind and helpful receptionists. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

The room was a bit old. The price was high for such a room. The matras was worn out. They should replace It. Not a Good night sleep on It. The bathroom had no handshower.

Ligging was prima. De staat van apparatuur kamer slecht. De communicatie van het personeel rond uit slecht. Het zwembad bleek bij aankomst niet beschikbaar, we konden wel zwemmen bij een hotel verderop, echter is dit niet vermeld op de site van Expedia, waar deze fout dan ligt is de vraag maar het mag niet voorkomen dat de klant voor verassingen komt te staan.

Close to central station, my room was in the back so no street noise at all. Looked very recently renovated, bathroom looked stylish and seemed clean, but there where some small unwanted visiters (I caught at least one every day, even with the aircon set very low). It might have had something to do with the season/humidity and the fact that it's an old building. Probably the carpet in the bedroom doesn't help to control the problem either.

I was expecting something different when I booked a hotel with 4,5 stars. It's that definitely not worth that many. The lobby and restaurant are stunning, but the rooms are definitely out-dated and not worth 4,5 stars. The furniture is extremely old and some have locks, which is weird since I'd like to use the furniture in my room? The bathroom was also very old and out-dated. Our conditioner was empty after 1 shower (we were 3 people, 1 person used the conditioner). We were so kind and practical to write 'Empty' on a piece of paper and stuck it in the holder of the conditioner so housekeeping would notice. They ignored or didn't see it TWICE. I mean can we make it any easier for you? Do have to mention that I loved the staff at the reception, they really saved our stay with their kindness and helpfulness. We went down to ask for more conditioner (and by that point also body wash) and they had housekeeping bring us replacements for all the products (5 different in total). But housekeeping did not replace them during our stay, they just left the new ones in the bathroom where we had put them and left the old ones, empty ones, in their holders. Otherwise we did always get towels and the beds were made properly. Overall an okay experience, if you're used to a 4,5 star hotel being luxurious though, I'd recommend you go somewhere else since this is more of a 3 star hotel in my opinion as a frequent traveller.
