Georgia was 74 countries i visited and this hotel was worst hotel 1- start from airport when i came and i don,t find anyone from hotel wait me Although i sent email and hotel asked 35 Dollar . i agree and i sent my fly number and the time.and this make me in risk with taxi Mafia and he took more than 100 dollar . when i asked Receptionist he told me that he don,t know nothing and i show him email he said sorry for that 2- I was in room 501 and when start sleep start live Music on roof was very noice my question for the manger that i asked 2 time to talk to him? is this Hotel ?people pay for take rest 3- start breakfast and i don,t think people in this resturant knows anyting about HACCP?and why the music is loud in breakfast time .i asked the girl that the music loud and did slow about 30 secand and that was 4 April

Very nice luxury and clean hotel on a very good location in the old town of batumi and the boulevard

Plus points: 1. Location is 10 minutes on bus from airport. The bus station is right near the hotel. 2. The hotel is on the first row from the sea with beautiful park by the coast line. 3. Right from the hotel there is entrance to the Metrocity Forum (Metro City) shopping mall. 4. The hotel have option Half Board - this is the only hotel that provides it and in buffet style. There is a good variety of food selection in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. 5. The hotel has pools (outdoor and indoor), SPA center and fitness center. Minus points: 1. The is bad smell during the day from sewerage. 2. There was moldy in the bathroom. 3. The service of the room was poor: in our room was left toilet paper from others, shampoo, body lotion was missing or half of the bottle, the floor had different particles (seems to be no vacuumed). Hotel housekeepers were loud. 4. An iron board with iron is 20 GEL/hour. 5. In the restaurant during breakfast or dinner there is low quality tea and coffee: there could be a selection of tea bags and there is missing coffee machine as you may find it in 4* or 5* hotel. 6. Personnel speaking little English: at the reception, during breakfast and dinner. 7. For whatever reason smile isn't on face of the staff members: it is seldom at reception, in the restaurant. In most cases restaurant staff is busy with their own stuff. Overall: the Euphoria Hotel is an old product - need to have renovation. There is lack of professionalism in service.
