'Drury inn & suites always take care of us. Price is reasonable. No soft sink into the mattress. (They know us well, so, we get the same 2 rooms). They respect the customers and ensure service animals do not suffer from cleaning products that can irritate them. Zoey always checks us in and the managers are great. '

'The air conditioner is so old and make very loud noise. Cannot sleep well during night. '

'The location is convenient, staff are friendly and helpful. How the AC unit is kind of loud inside the room and I couldn't completely turn it off with the control panel on the wall. '

'Better than expected. This was a less expensive option and we decided to give a chance, we were not disappointed. They do charge for breakfast buffet but the free coffee in the lobby was excellent. '

'This hotel was fine for a night after a long flight. As its close to the airport its noisy with planes and also lots if road traffic that passes by. Hotels.com unfortunately provides incorrect information around the free airport shittle so be aware that this stops at 10PM. Otherwise comfortable beds and friendly staff!'

'My only dislike is that it doesn't have a laundry room on site. I had to take my laundry across the street to the Hyatt House who has a laundry room.'
