'Zeer mooi en nieuw hotel met prachtige kamers en mooie sportschool. Helaas slechte ervaring met het regelen van de housekeeping. In het kader van het milieu werd aangeboden onze kamer om de dag re voorzien van housekeeping. Na de tweede dag nog even nagevraagd of we die dag housekeeping zouden krijgen; dat was het geval. Echter einde middag nog steeds niet geweest. Uiteindelijk na 4 keer vragen, hebben we een stapeltje handdoeken gekregen omdat de housekeeping naar huis was. Zeer laconieke...

'I loved the property. But this is definitely a college town and you see that with the caliber of staff. Where the property is clean and beautiful the area outside the property is dirty, smelly and over run with homeless. If you stay here just stay on the property. '

'leuk artsy hotel met wat meer sfeer dan de grote ketens. Probleem is de rpijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Groot probleem is dat internet bizar onstabiel is dus zaken reizigers kunnen deze beter vermijden al er teams of zoom vergadert moet worden. Probleem is beneden iets beter maar nog steeds onvoldoende. Verder is de fitness klein en beetje gammel. Voor dat alles mag je dan een vaste 28 dollar (incl tax) amenity fee per dag afrekenen. '

'In my particular room, the bathroom set up was challenging. The toilet and the shower are in the same area. You have to smash yourself against the shower door to close the bathroom door, barely clearing the toilet. The room could have been cleaner. The inside of the microwave was dirty and the outside of the door had dirty hand prints on it. The shelving in the bathroom was dusty as well. Had to ask each night for additional towels as the ones used were not replaced with the same amount...

'Prima plek in Downtown Phoenix met zeer vriendelijk en toeschietelijk personeel. Bar en restaurant zijn goed voorzien, maar natuurlijk wel prijzig. Duurzaamheid is “alles of niks” voor wat betreft het verzorgen van de kamers, dus als je alleen de koffie aangevuld wilt hebben krijg je de schone lakens en handdoeken erbij, wat natuurlijk niet nodig is. '

'Geweldige locatie, dichtbij het vliegveld van Phoenix. Prachtige ruime kamers met alle voorzieningen. Genoeg zwembaden om lekker af te koelen en een uitstekend restaurant en bar.'

'The Kimpton Hotel was very nice and clean. The location of the Hotel was very convenient you have the basketball and baseball teams arenas within walking distance and also downstairs next door they had a nice and delicious breakfast spot. The rooftop-bar/pool area was very nice and relaxing. The staff at the Kimpton Hotel was very nice and helpful with our stay there. I would recommend to others when visiting Phoenix.'
