It started bad, there was wrong information on their website stating check-in ended at midnight, and my flight was delayed with me not arriving until after. Even with me calling multiple times, no one would answer the phone. I eventually just showed up and they allowed me to check in. Parking is $44 a day, and you have to verbally tell them that you're not having a car or they will charge you daily. Which doesn't make sense, because when my girlfriend showed up and parked, she pulled the slip from the parking kiosk. I scanned it and it charged me $44 (though I didn't read it and it says you can take it to the front desk to get it validated since they're charging you already), but when she pulled out, it STILL charged her another $13 to leave even though it was already paid for. The second night I didn't pay the $44 and it charged her $18 to leave. Almost as if you don't need to be charged $44 ENTIRELY. The pool is going to be jam packed with people, so get there early or you wont have a chair, I'm talking about 10am early (who the hell goes to the pool that early is BEYOND me). House keeping skipped my room EVERY DAY, the first two nights I had to call down to the front desk to get them to come up and clean my room, to where the third night I just said forget it and left it the way it was. Besides those little gripes, it was an awesome stay. The rooms and hotels are cleaned, the food was good (even though there weren't many options) and the staff is mostly helpful. 8/10 stay
