'Upon checking in after all days travel we were told that we had only booking for 4 guest where we had 5 guests booked with Expedia, then we were told that we only paid 50% of the total amount. 'It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). 'Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in. Walking distance to gondola ski lift. Restaurant of the hotel has lots of choice and is open late. Room was spacious with a good shower and good wifi connection. Overall look is a bit old fashioned but don't have a problem with that. I haven't seen a lift in the hotel so if you stay on the 3th floor ... If we would go back to Bansko we 'll stay again in Kap House ! '
