'Very big room, nice view, great location and very nice and quite SPA'

'Very nice hotel, very friendly people, nice spa facilities, average breakfast. They offerred bus to take us to the ski gondola for free and they even offered to take us after working hours. Enjoyed our stay as they upgraded us to a family appartment. Only issue is that the WIFI was not working well in the room. Big parking space near the hotel.'

'It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. 'The rooms need an upgrade. Smell bad, the towels are so used or bad washing machine. The spa is excellent and makes all money paid. We get a ticket for parking on front of the hotel. The receptionist said the parking is not free but didn’t mention we gonna get a fine if we leave the car there. We left one day earlier, but no refund or credit for that. 'The hotel does have a pretty decent set of facilities but I wouldn't stay there again for the following reasons: Wifi only worked in reception! So you couldn't sit in the room and relax to a film after a days boarding/skiing. Every day that we were in the room around mid day, there would be a horrible smell of sewage both outside and in the bathroom.
