'The staff are very polite and respectful. The grounds are well kept so was the inside of the hotel and the rooms. I would highly recommend it to anyone saying in Pennsylvania. Also, very convenient to get to Hersheypark less than 20 minutes away. Thank you for all staff.'

'Hotel was good but the toilet became clogged. They did offer if I wanted to change rooms. Or did I want to try to unclog with a plunger. This happened it the evening. After I used the plunger the toilet flush. Three flush later it happened again. The hotel and maintenance snake it. It seemed fixed but again in clogged again. We left the next morning I reported it as still not right.'
