Only thing that was frustrating was that there was no wifi available in the room. Thankfully they were able to set us up with wifi at the front desk area. Overall, we really enjoyed this place! '

'We liked the price for a clean room. At the time, the only available room with a king bed had a huge jetted tub that made it difficult to get in and out of bed on that side. We missed having a place to open a suitcase (other than the bed). No hangers in the closet. It seemed strange to have small fridge in a closed cabinet with no ventilation. '

'This hotel was fine for a night after a long flight. As its close to the airport its noisy with planes and also lots if road traffic that passes by. Hotels.com unfortunately provides incorrect information around the free airport shittle so be aware that this stops at 10PM. Otherwise comfortable beds and friendly staff!'

Our room was easily accessed, it was quiet, and our room was very large...and had a view of the lake, pool, and grounds. 'We like the location of the hotel; it’s nearby quite a few amenities. We found the pool and fitness room, but our trip schedule didn’t allow us to a chance to enjoy them. We were saddened with the fact that there was no jacuzzi by the pool. We were also disappointed to see no hand soap in the room, and after a call to the front desk, their shipment of hand soap didn’t arrive on time either. We had to make our own accommodation for that. 'The room, staff, cleanliness, were exceptional as was the abundant continental breakfast. An issue for me was the restaurant not open for my entire stay and no conditioner in the shower. Minor points? I suppose so. However, with travel so expensive nowadays, choises are made particularly on what is advertised. One "off" minor thing can be a deal breaker for some teavelers.'
