'Location is very good, near subway, a big supermarket and restaurants. Room was all we asked for. Cleaning of the room could’ve been done more frequent- it was done once in the 5 nights we stayed. They came for the 2nd time on the day we were checking out. '

'It was a renovated building with both character and class. Appreciate the architecture and historical nature of the property. It had very adequate sized rooms - certainly limited in size due to the constraints of the “period of time” nature of the building, yet very well designed and functional. Not your typical hotel property, but unique in a “good way”. Would definitely recommend for adults, but perhaps not an ideal property for families with young children. '

'It is very confusing that there are two Sheraton hotels at O’Hare airport the first day I arrived I went to the wrong hotel and of course had to shuttle back to the airport and then to the right hotel it was still confusing even after two or three days trying to talk to a driver to figure out which is the right hotel. Many people traveling, arrive knowing they need to stay at the Sheraton. They don’t have the address memorized and are they anticipating that they are too. I would also like to...
